Description
As an experienced professional with 3-7 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud SCM, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization. Your primary responsibilities and accountabilities will include: - Gathering and documenting requirements using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies - Implementing Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Product Management, Procurement, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, and Costing - Conducting CRP sessions, participating in design reviews, and discussions - Mapping client requirements against Oracle Fusion SCM Modules and designing module-specific solutions - Handling Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap, Training, and Testing sessions - Assisting business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs - Preparing quality deliverables, test scripts, test cases, and conducting trainings - Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) Your competencies and skills should include strong communication abilities, the capacity to translate requirements into design documents, knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology, customer handling skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. Additionally, you should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to acquire and apply complex business knowledge quickly, work effectively as part of a team, follow well-defined release management processes, multitask while staying focused on release priorities, and hold a valid passport due to potential client site work and business traveling involved. Your educational background should consist of a BE/MBA degree.
