Oracle Fusion Reporting Developer

You will be joining our team as an Oracle Fusion Reporting Developer, where your expertise will be crucial in designing, implementing, and managing reporting solutions utilizing the Oracle technical stack. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including business representatives, IT professionals, internal and external consultants, and developers, you will ensure the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Applications solutions that align with our business needs. Your role will involve guiding the technical design and development of Oracle Fusion reports to achieve optimal performance and scalability. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering Oracle Fusion reports according to business requirements using BI, OTBI, and other reporting solutions. You will provide technical expertise in developing BIP reports and OTBI Dashboards, primarily focusing on Oracle Fusion ERP Finance, PPM, HCM, Procurement, and Sales modules. It will be essential for you to enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud report solutions. Additionally, conducting code reviews and offering technical guidance to ensure high-quality code that complies with best practices and performance optimization will be part of your role. Key Competencies / Skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5 to 12 years of experience primarily in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS Reporting Tools - Strong report development experience in Oracle ERP Cloud - Proficient in BIP (RTF, Excel, and Bursting) and OTBI Dashboards - Solid skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and expertise in Performance Tuning - Hands-on experience with Fusion Database table structure and relations - Reporting experience with Finance and Procurement modules or other modules such as PPM/HCM/CX Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with FRS, HCM extracts - Experience in Report building with PPM, HCM, and CX modules - Knowledge of BICC, FDI/FAW, OAC, and other analytics tools Your role as an Oracle Fusion Reporting Developer will be critical in contributing to the success of our business through the effective development and delivery of Oracle Fusion reports.,
