Oracle fusion Procurement consultant

Job Description: You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements for procurement processes. Your role will involve designing end-to-end solutions using Oracle Fusion modules such as Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contract, Self-Service Procurement, and Supplier Qualification Management. You will configure Oracle Procurement Cloud to align with business policies and compliance needs. As a key member of the team, you will lead the full implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, build, test, deploy, and support. Conducting system configurations, customizations, and integration testing will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and internal teams, acting as the primary point of contact for procurement-related queries and escalations. Implementing best practices to enhance procurement efficiency and supplier performance will be crucial. You will also ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements, while developing documentation such as process flows, user guides, and configuration specs. Generating and analyzing procurement reports and dashboards for decision-making purposes will also be within your scope of responsibilities. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. - 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Procurement module, with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations. - Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience with RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) is a plus.,
