Job Summary:

Oracle Fusion Support Functional Analyst – PPM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for Oracle Fusion PPM modules (Project Financials, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, etc.).
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle Cloud PPM suite in coordination with technical teams.
  
• Act as a liaison between business users and Oracle Support for Service Requests (SRs).
  
• Analyze business requirements and configure Oracle Fusion PPM to meet user needs.
  
• Support month-end and year-end activities related to projects and financial closure.
  
• Participate in patch and release testing activities and validate new features.
  
• Assist in regression testing, UAT support, and knowledge transfer sessions for business stakeholders.
  
• Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, functional specs, configuration documents, and knowledge articles.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion PPM modules in a support or implementation role.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Project modules such as:
  
• Project Financial Management
  
• Project Costing
  
• Project Billing
  
• Project Contracts
  
• Grants Management (preferred)
  
• Strong understanding of financial integration with GL, AP, and AR.
  
• Experience in raising and managing Oracle SRs and coordinating with Oracle Support.
  
• Good understanding of PPM workflows, approval rules, and security roles.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication skills to interact with global teams and stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud Certification in PPM.
  
• Experience in at least one Oracle Fusion implementation or upgrade project.
  
• Familiarity with OTBI and BI Publisher reports in PPM.
  
• Knowledge of other modules like Procurement or Financials is a plus.
