Oracle Fusion-HCM

You will be responsible for creating HCM Extracts and delivery options for extracts as well as creating custom reports using subject areas in OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP). Your role will involve leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments, configurations, and driving project deliverables effectively. Troubleshooting production issues and designing PaaS components will be part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will design, update, and implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security. This includes managing users, provisioning roles, and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business. Monitoring and managing the Oracle Cloud HCM application in all environments will also be crucial. You will work with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages. Developing HCM KPIs, metrics reports, and dashboards will be essential, along with viewing and monitoring service details and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime. Furthermore, you will assist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications. As the primary point of contact for issues in Oracle HCM Cloud, you will document system requirements and process flows. Collaborating with development and product teams to identify and resolve issues is also part of your role. Ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery processes are maintained will be critical. This job requires 10+ years of overall HCM experience as a techno-functional consultant with skills in Oracle Fusion and HCM.
