Oracle Fusion-HCM

As an Oracle Fusion HCM professional, you will be responsible for the following: - Creating HCM Extracts and setting up delivery options for extracts - Generating custom reports using subject areas in OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) - Leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments, configurations, and driving project deliverables effectively - Troubleshooting production issues and designing PaaS components - Updating and implementing user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security - Managing user access based on data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business - Monitoring and managing Oracle Cloud HCM application across all environments - Coordinating with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle for environment maintenance and updates - Developing HCM KPIs, metrics reports, and dashboards - Assisting technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations - Acting as the primary point of contact for Oracle HCM Cloud issues - Documenting system requirements and process flows - Collaborating with development and product teams to identify and resolve issues - Ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery processes are maintained Qualifications: - 10+ years of overall HCM experience as a techno-functional consultant Please note that this job description provides a general overview of the responsibilities and is not an exhaustive list.,
