We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financial modules and hands-on experience in implementation, support, and optimization of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules
  
• Configure and customize modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses
  
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  
• Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, and test scripts
  
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
  
• Perform functional testing (SIT, UAT) and provide post-go-live support
  
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions
  
• Resolve production issues and provide ongoing system enhancements
  
• Train business users and prepare user documentation
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 514 years of experience in Oracle Financials, with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials
  
• Hands-on experience with at least 34 Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR mandatory)
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation
  
• Knowledge of Fusion security, reporting, and period close processes
  
• Ability to interact with stakeholders and drive solution design
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Fusion Financials certification
  
• Experience with integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP services)
  
• Exposure to multi-currency, multi-ledger, and global implementations
  
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
