Job Description

As an Oracle Fusion Finance Lead Consultant at our company in Qatar, your role will involve leading the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud solutions. Your deep functional expertise across financial modules, strong understanding of accounting and business processes, and proven experience in end-to-end implementations will be key to your success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Financial Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS). - Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration. - Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDs), Test Scripts, and manage UAT sessions. - Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration (FBDI / ADFDI), and report development. - Ensure accounting compliance, period closure accuracy, and data integrity. - Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and system enhancements. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, aligning Oracle Fusion capabilities with business objectives. - Lead and mentor a team of consultants, managing timelines, deliverables, and project governance. - Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and recommend process improvements. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems. - 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with minimum 2 full-cycle implementations on Oracle Fusion Cloud. - Proficiency in General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets modules. - Experience with reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS) and data migration tools (FBDI, ADFDI). - Understanding of multi-currency, multi-ledger, and multi-entity setups. - Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. **Good to Have:** - Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Certification. - Exposure to Project Financial Management (PPM) or Procurement modules. - Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, or third-party integrations. - Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC best practices.
