Oracle Fusion Finance Functional

As a Senior Associate in the field of Oracle Fusion Finance Functional, you will be responsible for ensuring that financial systems and processes align with industry best practices and company policies. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with other enterprise systems. Additionally, you will coordinate with various functional tracks to assess the accounting/financial impact of transactions and SLA rules. Your expertise should include hands-on experience in implementing Oracle tax modules, a strong understanding of Accounting standards and regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules. You will be involved in developing and maintaining financial reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI tools. Your responsibilities will also include working closely with external vendors and consultants to implement solutions, conduct end-user training, and test solutions. Post-implementation, you will provide hypercare/AMS support. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while maintaining a positive attitude towards diversity and equality. The mandatory skill sets for this role include a minimum of 2 implementations in Oracle Fusion ERP package - Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA & Lease accounting, CM, and Tax modules of Fusion. The ideal candidate should possess 4-8 years of relevant experience and hold an educational qualification of BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA/CA. The notice period for this position is 0-60 days.
