Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning Functional Consultant

As an experienced SCM Cloud Planning professional, your role will involve engaging with business partners to gather requirements and translating functional needs into technical specifications for SCM Cloud solutions. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact SCM Cloud Planning implementations across various business domains. Your responsibilities will encompass providing excellent customer service support, diagnosing, replicating, and resolving both functional and technical issues of complex and critical service requests. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction by driving complete resolution of reported issues. To excel in this role, you must stay updated on Oracle SCM Cloud Planning advancements, recommend best practices, and contribute to continuous improvements. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree (BE, BTech, MCA) is mandatory - Minimum 5 years of experience with at least two Oracle SCM Cloud Planning products (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations planning) - Deep functional understanding of business processes and supply chain solution areas - Demonstrated expertise in supporting SCM Cloud Planning modules - Proficiency in basic report development (BIP, OTBI) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision - Candidates should be currently located in Bangalore ONLY Good-to-Have: - Excellent communication and project management skills, including stakeholder and team facilitation - Experience with Service Requests (SRs), Request for Change (RFCs), and My Oracle Support (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
