The Fusion Cloud Applications Product Management Team is seeking a visionary Solution Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and AI-driven solutions. As a Solution Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learner journey aligned with the innovative Fusion Cloud Applications AI initiative. Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for: - Leading the design and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions integrated with AI/ML innovations - Collaborating with product development to implement practical AI agent applications - Documenting best practices and lessons learned to enhance learners" understanding of AI-powered solutions - Developing comprehensive training curriculum and enablement resources focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications AI capabilities - Innovating and refining agent-based cloud solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Monitoring program success and measuring business impact using project management and analytics tools Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field - Experience in delivering technical solutions and advisory services to customers and partners - Strong background in computer science, technical solution engineering, or advanced analytics - Experience in designing and building AI multi-agent solutions for business environments - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Application implementations focusing on AI and enterprise innovation - Proficiency in designing functional/technical curriculum and enablement material - Ability to consult, advise, and collaborate with enterprise customers, SI partners, and Oracle sales teams - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Experience working in a fast-paced software/cloud environment Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle Cloud Architect or relevant Functional certifications - Experience in enabling partners/customers to deploy and adopt AI-driven cloud solutions - Previous involvement in change management and user adoption programs for enterprise systems - Knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures Join Us: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, driving innovation with integrity for over 40 years.
