Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate at PwC, you will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: Any graduation/post-graduation/B.E/B.Tech/MBA/CA/CMA/any post qualification - Experience in implementation & maintenance of at least 2 of the following Oracle modules: Oracle Account Receivables (Order to Cash), Oracle General Ledger (Record to Report), Oracle Assets (Acquire to Retire), Oracle Cash Management Additional Details: The role requires an implementation consultant with experience in Oracle Cloud Financials. Candidates with equivalent EBS R12 experience and training in Cloud will be considered. Experience with additional modules such as Procurement, Purchasing, Order Management, Projects Financials (Costing, Planning, Billing, Contracts), and Projects Execution (Management, Resource Management, Performance) is advantageous. Responsibilities include configuration, test script execution, proof of concept, user training materials development, and supporting testing milestones. Desired Skills: Must-Have Skills: - Process knowledge of at least 2 of the Oracle modules listed above. - Ability to perform configuration based on client requirements. - Understanding gaps between Oracle product features and client requirements. - Experience in writing Functional Specifications, coordinating with client business leads, and performing testing. - Good communication skills for understanding requirements and explaining viewpoints clearly and confidently. Good-to-Have Skills: - Exposure to driving workshops related to requirements analysis and design. - Coordinating with Third-Party Vendors to test integrations. - Supporting pre-sales/sales functions by responding to RFPs/RFIs. - Conducting client demos on Oracle modules.
