Oracle Field Service Cloud Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining Johnson Controls as an Oracle Field Service Cloud Developer, utilizing your skills and experience to develop and implement solutions using Oracle Field Service Cloud. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, customize OFSC applications, conduct testing, provide technical support, and stay updated with the latest OFSC features and trends. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Field Service Cloud applications and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical specifications. - Implement customizations and integrations within Oracle Field Service Cloud. - Conduct testing to ensure application quality and address any issues during development. - Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting. - Stay updated with Oracle Field Service Cloud features, new API capabilities, and best practices. - Develop custom OFSC Plugins using core web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+. - Configure screen configurations, user types, properties, routing, and work order management. - Implement security measures including authentication/authorization and adhere to secure coding practices. - Collaborate for seamless integration with other Oracle Cloud Modules. - Create and maintain technical documentation for OFSC plugin designs and deployment procedures. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - 7 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud development. - Strong knowledge of Oracle Field Service Cloud architecture and configuration. - Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, SQL, and web services. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work in a team environment.,
