Oracle FCC Lead Consultant

Role Overview: You are an experienced Oracle FCCS Lead Consultant responsible for spearheading the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle FCCS solutions. Your expertise in Oracle FCCS and related Oracle EPM Cloud products, along with a strong understanding of financial planning, cost allocation, and profitability analysis, will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are achieved. - Design allocation models for profitability analysis and cost management. - Develop rules, allocation methods, and hierarchies within Oracle FCCS. - Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members. - Oversee quality assurance processes and deliverables. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues during and after implementation. - Conduct performance tuning and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency. Qualification Required: - Oracle certifications in EPM or FCCS Cloud. - Hands-on experience with other Oracle EPM products (e.g., Planning, FCCS, ARCS). - Knowledge of scripting languages or integration tools (e.g., ODI, FDMEE, Data Management).
