ERP Oracle

Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle ERP strategy and execution for enterprise ERP and related business modules.
  
• Conduct workshops to capture business and technical requirements for conversion objects.
  
• Define mapping and transformation rules for master and transactional data across various ERP modules (finance, procurement, order management, contracts, pricing, commissions, etc.).
  
• Drive data cleansing, enrichment, and validation processes to ensure data quality.
  
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to maintain migration workbooks and documentation.
  
• Execute mock loads, reconciliations, and audit reporting during migration cycles.
  
• Identify risks and issues related to migration and drive resolution.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate outputs against business, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and support readiness for subsequent project phases.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years in ERP data migration projects.
  
• Strong experience in data migration across finance, procurement, order-to-cash, and contract management modules.
  
• Deep understanding of ERP data structures, migration tools, templates, and best practices.
  
• Experience in documenting mapping, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation processes.
  
• Proven ability to validate and align data conversion outputs with business and compliance requirements.
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  
• Experience working in large-scale ERP transformation projects involving cloud-based ERP platforms.
  
• Relevant certifications in ERP data management or equivalent are preferred.
