Job Description

You are a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Data Loader, Oracle File-Based Data Import, Oracle Cloud ERP, and Oracle BI Publisher. Your background encompasses Analytics and IT Consulting, making you well-suited for this hybrid role that demands effective work during day shifts without travel requirements. Your main responsibilities involve leading the implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Data Loader for seamless data migration, overseeing Oracle File-Based Data Import for efficient data transfer, optimizing enterprise resource planning solutions with Oracle Cloud ERP, creating and managing complex reports and data visualizations using Oracle BI Publisher, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality analytics and IT consulting services, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across Oracle platforms, developing technical documentation, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting system audits, mentoring junior team members, staying updated with Oracle technologies and industry trends, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements. To qualify for this role, you should have significant experience in Oracle HCM Data Loader and Oracle File-Based Data Import, expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle BI Publisher, a strong background in Analytics and IT Consulting, exceptional problem-solving skills, proficiency in technical documentation, strong communication and collaboration abilities, up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies, mentoring skills, commitment to data accuracy and integrity, compliance auditing capabilities, ability to provide innovative solutions based on Oracle technologies, effective stakeholder communication, and a desire to enhance team processes and methodologies. The required certifications for this position include Oracle Cloud ERP Certification and Oracle BI Publisher Certification.,
