Job Description

As an Oracle ERP Change Control Board Engineer at Baker Hughes, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Change Control Board process for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in reviewing proposed changes to Oracle EBS environments such as patches, configurations, and customizations. - Ensuring that change requests are complete, accurate, and aligned with business and technical requirements. - Maintaining detailed records of change approvals, testing evidence, and deployment plans. - Working closely with Oracle ERP technical and functional teams to understand the impact of changes. - Assisting in the execution of SOX-related change management controls, including segregation of duties and audit trails. - Supporting internal and external audits by providing documentation and evidence of compliant change processes. - Collaborating with IT compliance and audit teams to ensure continuous alignment with SOX requirements. To be successful in this role, you should: - Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. - Have experience in IT change management, ERP systems, or compliance roles. - Demonstrate an understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite modules and architecture. - Be familiar with SOX compliance principles and IT general controls (ITGC).
