Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to implement and support end-to-end projects involving ARCS, FCC, and EPCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation and support for Oracle EPM modules: Account Reconciliation Cloud Services (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), and Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM).
Gather and analyze business requirements to develop and configure effective EPM solutions.
Perform solution design, configuration, testing, and data integration.
Understand and manage data flows across systems and modules.
Support transaction matching and reconciliation compliance processes.
Utilize EPM Data Integration, including automation through REST APIs and batch scripting.
Provide production support and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Experience:

Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules: ARCS, FCC, EPCM.
Strong understanding of transaction matching and reconciliation compliance.
Proficiency in EPM Data Integration, with exposure to REST API usage and scripting.
Experience in project delivery across the full project lifecycle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A proactive, dynamic, and flexible approach to issue resolution and project success.
