Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Integration Specialist - HRMS & Mobility

Role Overview: You are an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Integration Specialist with a focus on HRMS and Mobility. Your role involves integrating Oracle EBS with external and mobile systems, supporting digital transformation projects by handling end-to-end API-based integrations, and ensuring alignment between business processes and technical implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a techno-functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HRMS modules, ensuring business processes align with technical implementations. - Facilitate seamless integration for mobile services like Business Travel, School Fee & Medical Reimbursements, Letter Requests, Entertainment Booking, and Attendance Tracking. - Implement EBS workflows to enable dashboards for pending requests and managerial actions. - Collaborate with mobile backend developers to ensure API compatibility for high-performance, secure mobile use. - Lead functional discussions, conduct requirement mapping, and provide integration strategies aligned with business needs. - Maintain documentation, perform validations, and troubleshoot functional and technical issues effectively. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS with a strong techno-functional background in HRMS modules. - Proven track record in developing and consuming Oracle EBS APIs for inbound and outbound integrations. - Proficiency in mobile-friendly integration practices, including image-based receipt processing and real-time data synchronization. - Familiarity with tools such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP, PL/SQL, and XML. - Understanding of non-functional requirements like SSO, high performance, and push notification integration. - Experience in projects involving unified mobile app interfaces and multi-system integrations (e.g., EBS, Appian, SPO, Intapp Compliance).
