We are looking for 11+years experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Techno functional Consultant with deep functional, technical, and integration expertise across Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain modules. Responsible for designing and governing end-to-end ERP architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead solution architecture and design for Oracle EBS R12.x (functional + technical). • Conduct business process assessments and recommend best-practice solutions across Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing. • Define and validate RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) strategy and standards. Partner with business stakeholders to define ERP roadmap and migration strategies for R12. • Lead and mentor functional & technical teams through project lifecycle design, build, test, deploy, and support. • Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance with IT security standards.
