Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for analysis, design, implementation and testing of Oracle E-Business Suite following all applicable standards with strong Knowledge of Oracle Distribution and Advance Procurement modules
• Responsible for gathering and document system requirements, including overview reporting, User Interface definition, logical system flow and implementation plans
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors and review controls. Collaborate with IT solution partners, vendors, timely delivery of best-fit solutions.
• Experience in working in a team environment and should also able to work as an individual contributor.
• Manage components of a project plan or projects. Manage and address support tickets of various priorities.
• Engage with Business Users to provide necessary clarification and implement an effective solution. Provide timely support to business teams in month/quarter end activities.
• Develop functional/technical specification documents to address new business requirements. Ability to produce artifacts such as Gap Analysis documents, Test scripts, User Training documents etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Distribution modules like PO, INV, Advance Procurement modules like iProcurement, iSupplier, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supplier Registration modules.
• Working knowledge of the Oracle EBS processes is must. Configuration & implementation experience of distribution and advance procurement modules is highly required.
• Able to interact with business users with clear written and verbal communication as well as writing requirements and test plan documents. Ability to communicate very well both technically and functionally in highly escalated situations.
• Should have strong knowledge on functional aspects and basic exposure to technical aspects of ERP. Preferably a candidate with exposure to multi-organization and multi-set of books environment.
