Oracle EBS Core HR and Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB) Functional Consultant

Centroid is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS and OAB functional consultant to spearhead the functional testing effort for an EBS upgrade project. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with client counterparts to comprehend the existing solution and processes, creating top-notch test scripts, identifying test data, and conducting testing in Oracle EBS 12.2.14. The project duration is 13 weeks. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in client Knowledge Transfer sessions to grasp the current processes and solution design. - Conduct functional testing of upgraded non-production environments focusing on Oracle EBS Core HR and Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB). - Prepare and maintain detailed test scripts. - Collaborate with development and DBA teams to address issues discovered during testing. - Address any functional troubleshooting needs arising from the upgrade, including opening Oracle SRs if required. - Adjust setups as needed due to modifications during the upgrade process. - Offer functional assistance to business testers during User Acceptance Testing. - Support the production cutover process. - Provide post go-live Hypercare functional support. Required Qualifications: - Possess over 10 years of Oracle EBS experience with a primary focus on Oracle HRMS. - Proficiency in Release 12.2. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Willingness to engage in client meetings extending up to 11pm India Standard Time. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities. - Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Strong skills in documentation and presentation. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Oracle Time and Labor.,
