Oracle EBS & Cloud Solution ArchitectThis role requires a hybrid skill set encompassing both deep EBS application expertise and OCI cloud architecture proficiency.Job Title: Oracle EBS & Cloud Solution ArchitectLocation: Pune/MumbaiJob Type: ContractExperience: 8-15 years of relevant experience in Oracle Applications, with proven experience in OCI architecture and EBS implementation/support.Role OverviewThe OCI Architect will be the technical lead for designing and executing the migration roadmap from on-premise Oracle EBS (R12) to OCI. This individual will architect scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments while leveraging a strong background in Oracle EBS technical development to customize and integrate solutions that meet complex business requirements.Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Understand and review blueprints for moving applications and databases to OCI, including VCN (Virtual Cloud Network), IAM (Identity and Access Management), storage (Block, Object), and compute instances.
• Migration Strategy: Define and execute migration strategies from legacy EBS systems to OCI. Knowledge of tools like Data Pump, RMAN, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) integrations.
• EBS Technical Development: Provide expertise in Oracle EBS R12 technical development, including designing, developing, and maintaining RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) objects using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Cloud Integration & Customization: Build and review extensions and customizations in the cloud environment using PaaS services such as OIC, VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), and Groovy scripts, integrating EBS with other internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Knowledge of API Gateway.
• Performance Tuning & Security: Optimize OCI deployments for cost-efficiency and performance, manage OCI security best practices, and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the hybrid environment.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with functional consultants, DBAs, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs. Mentor junior team members and enforce development standards.
• Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational guidelines, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry regulations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS (R12), including proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow, OAF, and BI/XML Publisher. In-depth knowledge of OCI services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Database, Load Balancer, etc.)
• Cloud Skills: Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python) for automation.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to debug and resolve
