Design, document, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support enterprise data warehouse and integration initiatives.
Analyze Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Projects, HRMS) to identify key entities, relationships, and data flow dependencies.Develop data mappings between EBS source systems and target data models (e.g., in Snowflake, Redshift, or Synapse).Collaborate with data engineers, ETL developers, and business analysts to implement and validate data models.Ensure data integrity, normalization, and referential integrity across all layers of the data ecosystem.Support metadata management, data lineage, and model version control processes.Recommend and enforce data modeling standards, naming conventions, and best practices.Optimize data structures for performance, scalability, and reporting efficiency.Participate in design reviews and provide input on ETL architecture and data quality frameworks.

5+ years of experience in data modeling, data architecture, or database design.
Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) data model including key modules such as GL, AP, AR, PO, INV, PA, and HR.Proven experience designing data models for data warehouses, data lakes, or analytics platforms.Proficiency with data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, or SQL Developer Data Modeler.Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with Oracle Database.Understanding of ETL/ELT workflows, preferably using tools like Informatica, DataStage, ODI, or Azure Data Factory.Experience working in cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, or Redshift) is a plus.Excellent understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality principles.Strong communication and documentation skills able to translate complex data structures into business language.

Experience migrating or integrating EBS data into modern cloud platforms.
Knowledge of EBS R12 data schemas and APIs.Exposure to financial, procurement, or supply chain analytics.Experience with Python or SQL-based data transformation frameworks is desirable.
