Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Database Developer & Administrator to manage, develop, and optimize Oracle databases and cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS and PaaS solutions, including HCM, ERP, EPM, GRC, and Integration Cloud. This role involves both development and administration responsibilities, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability of Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Development & Administration

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle databases and PL/SQL procedures.
• Perform database tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Manage database backups, recovery, and security protocols.
• Monitor database performance and implement improvements.

Oracle Cloud Expertise

• Configure and support

  Oracle SaaS HCM Talent Management Cloud

  and

  Workforce Deployment

• Implement and maintain

  Oracle Fusion GRC – Advanced Controls Technical

  Oracle SaaS EPM – Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud

Technical Development

• Build and maintain custom solutions using Oracle PaaS.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs for all Oracle systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle database development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules: HCM, ERP, EPM, GRC.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and SOA Suite.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware and WebLogic Server.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
