Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support EDI integrations between Oracle EBS and trading partners.
• Work with EDI tools such as Epicor 1EDISource EDIHQ (or equivalent) to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot transactions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain EDI mappings for existing and new trading partners.
• Identify and resolve EDI transaction errors promptly, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Track and monitor data flows between Oracle EBS and EDI interfaces, performing data analysis and resolution when issues arise.
• Support setup and testing of new EDI transactions with customers, suppliers, or logistics partners.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to resolve integration issues and improve data accuracy.
• Document integration workflows, error handling procedures, and configuration steps.
• Support production operations, including performance monitoring and process improvement initiatives.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 79 years of total experience in Oracle EBS development and EDI integration.
• Strong understanding of EDI processes, standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML), and data mapping concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor 1EDISource EDIHQ or similar EDI tools (e.g., Sterling, BizTalk, Axway).
• Solid technical experience in Oracle EBS R12 (especially in Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) flows).
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, interfaces, concurrent programs, and Oracle APIs.
• Experience troubleshooting integration issues across EBS and EDI environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting multiple business units.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other modern integration platforms.
• Familiarity with SOA-based or REST/SOAP-based integrations.
• Experience with B2B trading partner onboarding and testing processes.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain domains.
