Job Description

You will be working as a Senior Associate in a team of problem solvers at Teamware Solutions, a division of Quantum Leap Consulting Pvt Ltd. Your role will involve helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Key responsibilities include using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, delegating tasks to provide stretch opportunities to others, demonstrating critical thinking, and using various tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends. You will also be reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and relevance, as well as upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Your functional skills should include experience in Quote to Cash / CRM to ERP cycles, CPQ functional expertise for Product Configuration, Rules, Commerce process, Pricing Setups, Document Designer, and Reports. Additionally, you should have proficiency in Advanced BML queries, formula, BOM, Price Book functionalities setup, knowledge on ATO / PTO model configuration cycles, integrating with ERP fulfillment systems, Sales Force / OSC / CRM integration, ABO Functionality, Onshore - Offshore model coordination, and effective communication with customers. In terms of technical skills, you should have experience in HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, SOAP-based Web-services, the ability to understand BML and write codes in BML inside CPQ for complex requirements from Customer Document Designer with XSL snippets, installing and modifying ABO packages, developing Web-service integration with ERP systems and CRM systems, integration experience with SalesForce, technical designing, and creating design documents and specs. The mandatory skills for this position are Oracle CPQ, BML, and BMQL. Nice to have skills include Javascript and Jquery. The position is based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Kolkata with a hybrid mode of work. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience and be able to join immediately or within 15 days.
