As an OCI Cloud Engineer, you will collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain various components of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation and integration of cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. You will actively participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to OCI services, working closely with the support and operations teams. Additionally, you will contribute to the documentation of technical designs, specifications, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Design, develop, and maintain components of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services - Assist in the implementation and integration of cloud infrastructure projects - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OCI services - Contribute to the documentation of technical designs, specifications, and processes - Collaborate with senior engineers, support, and operations teams - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends - Experience in automation to effectively automate infrastructure - Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools - Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze and debug complex technical issues - Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - Hands-on experience with Oracle Linux and RHEL operating systems - Familiarity with distributed systems, networking, and storage technologies in a cloud environment - Experience with migration of Applications and Databases from OnPrem to OCI - Understanding of Boot, Block, NFS volumes, NVMe drives, OCI BM Servers - Knowledge of Oracle 12C Databases, 11G/12C RAC, and 19C RAC - Working knowledge of OCI native capabilities such as firewall, VPN gateways, Security List, and Network configuration - Relevant certifications in cloud computing, such as Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) would be a plus.,
