Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor Consultant

You are seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor module. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor module. - Gathering requirements, analyzing gaps, designing solutions, and mapping existing HR business processes. - Configuring timecard layouts, rules, validation, and approval workflows. - Integrating Time & Labor modules with other Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud modules. - Leading and executing unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Providing user training and support for both rollouts and live environments. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations with hands-on experience implementing the Time & Labor module. - Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM configurations, setups, and transactions specific to Time & Labor modules. - Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation certifications (e.g., Time & Labor Implementation Professional) are highly preferred. - Exceptional written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences. - Strong team player with ownership mindset and escalation skills when necessary.
