Oracle Cloud HCM Helpdesk and Learning Consultant

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Helpdesk and Learning Lead implementation consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete implementation of Cloud HCM Helpdesk and Learning modules. Your primary tasks will include collaborating with clients to gather requirements, conducting gap analysis, creating design solutions, mapping business processes, and configuring systems. Your role will involve leading the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Helpdesk and Learning modules from start to finish. This will require you to gather requirements, analyze gaps, design solutions, and map existing HR business processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and testing service request workflows, queues, routing rules, and knowledge bases in the Helpdesk module. Furthermore, you will be tasked with constructing learning structures such as courses, offerings, learning paths, specializations, and automated learning assignments. You will also be leading and conducting unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for both Core HR and Onboarding modules. Providing user training and support for rollouts and live environments will also be part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Helpdesk and Learning implementations. You should possess a strong understanding of Oracle HCM configurations, setups, and transactions specific to Helpdesk and Learning. Holding Oracle Cloud HCM certifications, such as the Oracle Learning Cloud Implementation Professional certification, is highly preferred. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
