Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring and managing the deployment of various Oracle HCM modules end to end. - Implementing a wide range of Oracle Cloud HCM Modules for clients, including set-up, testing, and go-live support. - Designing and developing innovative compensation solutions using Oracle HCM. - Collaborating closely with the consulting team to understand client requirements and develop suitable solutions. To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience with at least 3+ implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM in your core competencies. - Proficiency in developing complex configurations and deployments to meet customer requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with creative thinking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
