1. Oracle Cloud /EBS Finance (AR / AP) Consultants.

The main skills we are looking for in the BAs for this team are as below:

o Documents current and emerging business needs and works with internal and external service providers to define and deliver data and analytics solutions.
o Participates in sessions to gather business context from Product Owners, analyze, document findings. o Documents business requirements, user stories, and technical requirements. o Collaborates with internal customers to ensure user requirements are complete and concise, confirming that changes and enhancements meet technical specifications and user requirements. o Configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules (AR/AP) based on business requirements. o Participate in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design. o Customize workflows, approval hierarchies, and payment processes. o Provide day-to-day support for AR/AP processes including invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations. o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transactions, setups, and integrations. o Performs business process analysis to define how data and analytic solutions should be configured to meet those needs. o Strong knowledge of SQL, BI Reports and develop ad-hoc analysis within PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, and other applications. o Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development o Maps current processes to the desired state and identifies gaps such as program functions, output requirements, input requirements and sources, data conversion strategies, and system techniques and controls. o Assists with the development of test designs and develops test cases. o Provide guidance in analytics reporting involving scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and adhoc reports. o 5+ years of experience as a highly technical Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst supporting data and analytic software development projects. Required o Functional expertise in Finance area using either one of the ERP (Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS) o Leverage a solid understanding of data structures, domain specific knowledge, and the end-user experience to impact the final data visualization product, which includes dashboards, reports, insights, or analyses.
