Job Description

CC&B Functional Support SIT/Regression Testing Support
Strong Functional knowledge to support in solutioning and Testing of CC&B/C2M related requirements
Complete Knowledge on 'V' model and its various entities
Complete knowledge on Transactional data flow within different modules of CC&B
Complete knowledge on Billing, Customer and Payments module
Complete knowledge on Metering, Credit & Collections and Field Orders dispatch
Should possess sufficient knowledge on Customer contact, case Management and Todo management
Should have good knowledge on various Base background processes (batches) available in CC&B
Should have good knowledge on various Financial Transactions created and its integration with external Financial system
Working knowledge on Rates will be preferred
Responsible for writing Test Scenarios based on Functional & Business Requirements
Responsible for writing detailed test cases, Test Reports, Traceability matrix and Defect Status report
Should have good experience on various Test Lifecycle management tools like HP ALM, IBM rational, JIRA etc.
Should possess good SQL skills to extract test data
Familiar with SOAP UI or XAI submission processes
