What you will do Provide support for Oracle APPS modules, assisting users with inquiries and issues. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle applications in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to document problems and solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing. Assist in testing new releases and features of Oracle applications to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements. Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge of Oracle APPS. What we look for Required A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Basic understanding of Oracle applications and database concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
