Oracle 19c db / C.NET software engineer

As a member of the Core Trade and Cash Management team in Digital Core Services at UBS Asset Management, your role will involve contributing to the development and support of the main application for Investment Guideline Monitoring. You will be part of a multiskilled team based in India, Switzerland, and the UK, working together to maintain the vendor system and provide services to users worldwide. **Role Overview:** - You will play a crucial role in implementing sophisticated Guideline Monitoring applications and tools to add real value to the Asset Management Middle Office business. - Your leadership as a Scrum Master for an AGILE team will be essential in ensuring effective collaboration and delivery. - Your understanding of business processes and priorities will be key in analyzing requirements and contributing to the development of scalable systems. - Working effectively within a global team, you will contribute to the success of the Development team supporting compliance rules. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to the maintenance of the vendor system, including applications and databases on-premises. - Develop and integrate with RESTful APIs to enhance the functionality of the main application. - Utilize strong coding skills in Oracle 19c database, .NET, and C# to support development tasks. - Implement CI/CD processes using GitLab and Azure for efficient deployment of updates. - Collaborate with team members in different locations to ensure successful delivery of services. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar developer role or L3 support role. - Proficiency in Oracle 19c database, .NET, and C# programming languages. - Hands-on experience with GitLab, CI/CD, and Azure for development and deployment tasks. - Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Tools and scheduler tools like Autosys. - Experience with developing and integrating RESTful APIs would be advantageous.
