!! HIRING NOW !! Job Description: "Sales Manager" About Us: We are a SEBI-registered Research Analyst and Investment Adviser. We give research-based stock ideas to investors. We have also registered with APMI to distribute Portfolio Management Services (PMS) of a boutique SEBI-registered PMS firm. Our aim is to guide investors with strong research and help them grow their wealth. Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales Manager who can lead our Relationship Managers (RMs), train them, build a strong team, and make sure sales targets are met. The Sales Manager will also speak with clients, solve their questions, and check how the team is working with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email. This role needs someone who understands the stock market, is good with people, and can motivate the team to perform well. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Training Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers. Mentor and guide the team on how to talk to clients, how to pitch sales, and how to handle client questions. Train new team members and keep training the team regularly. Build a strong sales team and motivate them to achieve targets. Sales & Performance Ensure the team achieves monthly and yearly sales targets. Review sales performance and take steps to improve results. Create plans to increase sales and client satisfaction. Visit clients when needed to close the deals. Client Interaction Speak directly with clients to build trust and long-term relations. Solve client queries and guide them in understanding our services. Make sure clients are happy and get the right support. Monitoring & Feedback Listen to client call recordings to check the quality of communication. Review WhatsApp chats and email communication done by RMs. Share feedback with the team and help them improve. Market Knowledge Keep updated with stock market news, research, and investment trends. Guide the team in client discussions with market knowledge and research inputs. Support in promoting PMS and research-based services. Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBA in Finance, Sales, or Marketing. Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in sales roles in capital market firms (research, advisory, broking, PMS, etc.). Knowledge: Good understanding of the stock market, equity research, and PMS products. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and soft skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Ability to handle clients, solve problems, and close sales. Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: 12 15 LPA (based on experience).
