Position: opthalmologist

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Phacoemulsification and SICS cataract surgeries independentlyDiagnose and manage a wide range of eye conditionsConduct OPD consultations and post-op follow-upsAssist in organizing and performing free eye surgery campsQualifications & Requirements:MS/DOMS/DNB in OphthalmologyProficient in Phaco and SICS cataract surgeriesMinimum 1–2 years of surgical experience preferredStrong clinical and surgical judgmentWillingness to serve in both hospital and outreach camp settings

Position : Accountant

Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial registers

Operate Tally software for all accounting tasks

Manage store and inventory records

Handle cash transactions and banking

Prepare and analyze MIS reports

Keep records of purchase orders, billing, and stock levels

Assist in internal audits and financial planning

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Commerce or relevant field (B.Com/M.Com)

Proficient in Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) and MS Excel

Experience with inventory and store management

Knowledge of cash handling and MIS reporting

Good communication and organizational skills

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Position: Admin

Daily Operations Management
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day hospital administrationEnsure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, and support servicesManage staff duty rosters and attendanceMultitasking & CoordinationHandle multiple tasks across departments (front desk, store, accounts, maintenance)Act as a central point of contact for hospital staff, patients, and managementLiaisoning with AuthoritiesCoordinate with government bodies, local authorities, health departments for hospital complianceHandle communication and documentation for licenses, inspections, and auditsDocumentation & Record KeepingMaintain hospital records, staff files, registration documents, patient data, and vendor filesEnsure all legal and statutory documents are updated and readily availableInventory & Asset OversightCoordinate with the store for procurement, stock management, and vendor follow-upMaintain records of hospital assets and equipment maintenanceFacility & Maintenance SupervisionOversee cleanliness, security, and infrastructure maintenanceCoordinate repairs, AMC contracts, and vendor servicesCompliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and government normsPrepare and submit regular reports to management and relevant authorities
