Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Do zero-error eye testing and patient history taking
Recommend lenses, contact lenses, and house brand products (Clearsight, Neo, etc.)
Increase sales for bifocals, contact lenses, and house brands
Improve conversion from eye test to purchase
Maintain clinic equipment and ensure smooth operations
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Check lenses before and after fitting
Guide technicians on fitting details
Support store manager in ordering lenses
Work with regional/corporate teams on technical projects

Key Deliverables:

100% process compliance in clinic and lab
Drive sales of house brand lenses
Deliver excellent customer experience

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in Optometry
03 years of experience in optical/retail field
Strong knowledge of eye testing
Good communication in English and local language
Energetic, motivated, and customer-focused
