Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Optometrist to join our eye care team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about vision care and patient service. The optometrist will assist in eye testing, patient education, and supporting the ophthalmologist in day-to-day clinic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vision tests and preliminary eye examinations
• Assist in refraction and lens prescription under the guidance of the ophthalmologist
• Educate patients on eye care, lens usage, and eye hygiene
• Maintain accurate patient records and test reports
• Coordinate with the doctor for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Help in optical dispensing and frame selection if required
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the eye testing room and equipment
• Assist in OPD flow management and patient counseling

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of basic optometry principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a patient-centric approach
• Ability to handle equipment like an auto-refractor, trial set, and vision charts
• Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
