Role Overview: As an Optometrist, your primary responsibility will be to dispense accurate prescriptions and fit spectacles, contact lenses, and other optical aids. You will perform refraction and diagnosis to meet customers" needs and provide advice on lens types, frames, styling, contact lenses, and low vision aids. Additionally, you will manage inventory, provide reports to management, ensure quality control, and serve as a consultant for Opticians. Key Responsibilities: - Dispensing accurate prescriptions and fitting spectacles, contact lenses, and other optical aids - Performing refraction and diagnosis for customers - Providing advice on lens types, frames, styling, contact lenses, and low vision aids - Managing inventory of lenses and optical products - Providing qualitative and quantitative reports to management on sales, stock, and customer feedback - Ensuring quality of eye measurements and auditing fitments and dispensing techniques - Serving as a point of escalation for Opticians in cases requiring higher consultation Qualifications Required: - D. Optom / B Optom / M Optom Additional Details: The role also involves welcoming customers appropriately, discussing Vision Express products and services, informing customers about the Vx-6 step Eye test, advising customers based on their needs, ensuring timely delivery and prompt after-sales service, overseeing back-end processes, and escalating unresolved issues to the Store Manager when necessary.,
