We are expanding our research and automation capabilities and are looking for talented professionals to join our options trading desk.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Options Traders to develop and optimize rule-based, automated trading systems for the options segment on NSE and BSE. T

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in options trading and backtesting with a proven ability to build systems that deliver high ROI with controlled risk-reward metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and backtest rule-based algorithmic trading strategies in the options segment.
• Identify profitable trading opportunities using quantitative techniques, market data analysis, and statistical modeling.
• Optimize and monitor trading system performance using risk-adjusted metrics (e.g., Sharpe Ratio, Drawdown etc).
• Maintain trading logs, post-trade analysis, and system improvements based on performance reviews.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Knowledge of backtesting softwares such as amibroker / python / tradingview backtesting etc.
• 2+ years of experience in algorithmic or quantitative trading, preferably in the Indian options markets (NSE/BSE).
• Strong understanding of options traded on NSE/BSE.
• Proven track record of building profitable and scalable trading systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
