Distributor Engagement Support distributors in running a profitable business; track progress regularly. Ensure adherence to sales terms, discounts, and trading policies. Monitor market intelligence, including pricing and competitor promotions. Participate in training sessions for distributor sales teams and Eye Care Professionals (ECPs). Adhere to all company policies, systems, and reporting protocols. Candidate Profile Education & Experience Bachelors degree from a recognized university; MBA preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, optical retail or diagnostic industries. Proven B2B sales experience with Hospital, distributors and institutional clients. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc.). Additional Qualifications Familiarity with local markets and key towns. Multilingual abilities will be an advantage. Strong influencing skills, self-motivation, and result orientation.
