Optical Sales

The Optical Assistant will be responsible for various tasks including greeting customers at the door, assisting them in selecting the appropriate frame for their lenses, measuring frames to ensure a perfect fit, and placing orders for prescription glasses and contact lenses. Additionally, the Optical Assistant will schedule follow-up appointments, make adjustments to frames upon customer collection, conduct pre-screening tests such as retinal imaging and visual field testing, and provide explanations of offers and products to customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with a morning shift schedule and the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience and must be willing to commute/relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana. The successful candidate will work in person at the designated work location, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive the best optical care possible.,
