As a Business Analyst based in Mumbai with over 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for: - Trade Review: - Validate OTC and Note trades to ensure accurate capture in risk systems and reconcile with official documents. - Documentation Analysis: - Interpret trade documents, identify and escalate discrepancies. - Risk Management: - Assess trade risk attributes and collaborate with Risk, Trading, and Legal teams. - Process Improvement: - Enhance review processes and controls, support efficiency and risk mitigation projects. - Stakeholder Communication: - Coordinate with internal teams and provide clear updates on findings and improvements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong knowledge of equity derivatives, including vanilla and exotic options, multi-leg strategies, and hedging techniques. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (CFA/MBA preferred). - Familiarity with trade documentation and risk systems.
