Key Technologies:

Java 17, Spring Boot 3.X, Spring Microservices, PostgreSQL - PostGIS, Hibernate, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes.

Core Responsibilities:

Design and implement microservices architecture, develop RESTful APIs and web services, implement database operations and data processing logic, create reporting and document generation services, develop multi-tenant and scalable applications, write comprehensive unit and integration tests, maintain code quality and follow coding standards, implement security and authentication mechanisms, optimize application performance and database queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.

Required Experience:

5 to 8 years of Java development with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, PostgreSQL with spatial data, Docker containerization, and understanding of LADM

Added Advantage:

Experience with Hyperledger Fabric 2.5.0 blockchain development, Java chaincode implementation, Redis caching and session management, gRPC communication and domain knowledge in land title and property rights systems, cadastral surveying and parcel mapping, land registration processes, spatial data and coordinate systems, and legal frameworks for land administration.
