Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Draft, prepare, and edit documents, reports, internal communications, and PowerPoint presentations. Write compelling case stories in English to support fundraising/donation efforts. Maintain and organize filing systems—both digital and physical—for easy and quick access. Assist in meeting preparations: draft agendas, record minutes, circulate notes, and ensure follow-up on action items. Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders. Handle medical documentation, referrals, and follow-up of medical reports as needed. Track and manage office supplies; raise timely requisitions for replenishment.
