We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ophthalmologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions and diseases. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care, utilizing advanced techniques and technologies in the field of ophthalmology. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess vision and diagnose eye diseases.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary, adhering to aseptic techniques.
• Provide acute care for patients with urgent eye conditions.
• Manage ongoing care for senior patients, addressing their unique ophthalmic needs.
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in ophthalmology to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with other specialists to provide comprehensive care for patients with co-existing health issues.

Skills

• Proficient in aseptic technique and surgical procedures related to ophthalmology.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to the eye and visual system.
• Experience in acute care settings, managing urgent ophthalmic conditions effectively.
• Familiarity with senior care practices, ensuring appropriate treatment for elderly patients.
• Post-residency experience is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to conduct research and apply findings to improve patient outcomes.
• Competence in managing medical records accurately and efficiently.
