Job Description

Role & responsibilities Reading and understanding production schedule and weighing materials Knowledge of operation of all equipment pertaining to ABS /EP(Engineering Plastic) compounding plant Twin Screw Extruders, Mixers, Additive weighing systems, Automatic packing machines, etc. Continuous monitoring parameters of Extruder and other equipment Operation of all equipment pertaining to Twin Screw Extruder operation, Extruder parameters monitoring, Data entry of finished production & break down notification, Communication with material movement team Operation of all equipment pertaining to mixer operation of ABS compounding process, Mixer / weigh feeders parameters monitoring, Data entry, Communication with material movement team Knowledge of operation of different analytical instruments / equipment used for testing of plastics and polymers. Good knowledge of computer usage Management material stocks 100% compliance to EHS policy and procedures To maintain good house keeping, equipment cleanliness & 5S Shall have good learning, communication and interpersonal skills Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Plastic Technology (CIPET), Diploma - Chemical, B.Tech (Chemical), B.Sc (Chemistry), MSc (Chemistry) CIPET Candidates will be given preference
