1. Strong Instrument handling Knowledge.
2. Knowledge of Programming & Setting of CNC Milling
3. Should be Familiar with G-code & M-code.
4. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
5. Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
6. Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
7. Cleaning and maintaining the machine.
8. Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
9. Improve productivity.
10. Problem solving methodology for 7QC Tool / 8D.
1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining, CNC programming, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience as a VMC Machine Setter and Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
3. Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software.
4. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
