Job Summary
The Production is responsible for Maintain overall Operation and Process as per requirement and Control cost of assigned Operation area by efficient management of available resources as per standards and safeguarding quality and safety of people and products.
Roles & Responsibilities
PM Check as per log sheet
Hygiene & cleaning check of the Production area
Startup check as per SOP
CCP check & Record
Operations & Record maintaining
Instruct team for work allocation;
SAP Operations Batch creation & Closing
Month end production reports
KPIs
  • Process Efficiency,
  • Waste Reduction
  • Productivity
  • Down Time
  • HSE
Competencies
Work experience requirement
2-4 years of relevant functional experience in a reputed company
Qualification
ITI /Diploma/B.Tech
Business Unit: Pristine Ingredients (PIPL)
Business Group: Bakery (BK01)
